All of Susan Green’s all-natural body and pet products are handcrafted with care in our dedicated studio located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Every order is packaged and shipped directly from this Canadian location to ensure quality control and fast turnaround times.

Do you use Canadian-sourced ingredients?

Yes. We are proud to support Canadian agriculture and sustainability. We prioritize using the highest-quality, all-natural ingredients sourced locally across Canada whenever possible to formulate our luxurious products.

Do you offer global shipping for your products?

Yes! We proudly offer tracked shipping worldwide from our Mississauga studio. Whether you are in the neighborhood or shopping from abroad, you can enjoy our Canadian-made self-care products.

What are your shipping times and rates?

Shipping times vary based on location. Most orders within Canada and the US arrive in 2–8 business days. Final shipping costs and estimated transit times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.

How can I track my order of handcrafted products?

A tracking number will be sent to your email address within 72 hours of placing your order, once your handcrafted items have been processed and shipped from our Mississauga, Ontario facility.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
